Immediate danger
This website is not an emergency service and safeguarding messages are not monitored continuously. If anyone is in immediate danger, call the police on 999. For a non-emergency crime, use the police online reporting service or call 101.
A concern about a child can also be reported to the children's social care team at the child's local council. You do not need proof before reporting a genuine concern.
Raise a concern with the organisation
Email safeguarding@silatcimandeasli.com or use the contact form and select Safeguarding or concern. Include only the information needed to explain who may be at risk, what happened or may happen, where and when it occurred, and how you can be contacted safely.
Do not use social media, public comments, or group chats to disclose sensitive safeguarding information.
How concerns are handled
- The message is routed to a dedicated safeguarding mailbox.
- Access is limited to people who need the information to respond.
- Enquiry content is not sent to an external artificial-intelligence service.
- Initial questions may be asked to understand the immediate risk and appropriate next action.
- Information may be shared with police, social care, a venue, governing body, insurer, or another responsible authority where necessary to protect someone or meet a legal responsibility.
Confidentiality cannot be promised absolutely. The organisation will not conduct a substitute criminal or social-care investigation and will not delay an external referral where urgent protection may be required.
Conduct and representation
Training should be conducted with appropriate boundaries, respect, restraint, and responsible supervision. Retaliation against a person who raises a genuine welfare concern is not acceptable. Attendance, assisting, administration, payment, or visibility on the website does not itself confer instructor status or authority to represent the organisation.
